Id have to agree with everyone else

I was addicted to your first Pandemic game for quite awhile. I loved the idea but I also thought there could've been improvements. So naturally, you could expect my curiosity and excitement today when I notice a follow up Pandemic game on the front page.

Unfortunately you've attempted something that doesn't feel quite like the original at all. Your taking the game and slowly turning it into a more tedious experience then actually making it better or more enjoyable. The graphics are well done to say the least but one problem I have is the layout is less user friendly. I eventually quit because trying to keep up with all the information is difficult, whereas before, a simple scroll over the country gave you everything you needed to know, and a click of one button gave you the screen that offered all the changes you could make.

Your original game had a card game like strategy to it. You would use your points and apply your changes and what happened next was based on your previous changes, and a little bit of luck. And above all, card games are pretty easy to pick up and above all, still really fun to this day. However now it seems like your turning this into somewhat of an action game, and the direction your choosing seems like its been done to death.

I think you should improve on your basics and not try to reinvent the game as you have with this installment. Overall this game just isnt as good as the original. Please just improve on that. I think your next installment would be much better.

This system is solid

But your execution on how to use it lacks innovation. I found myself more frustrated then anything else during arcade mode. Having to set up a certain amount of dominoes in a certain time frame is more of a chore than anything else. The Free play, however, was more intriguing. I think if your gonna make a game with this awesome system of yours, you need to be a little more creative then the whole time system. The levels you had were nicely done. The music waaas...annoying...i was rushing for an options panel when i realized there wasnt one, and had to turn the knob on my computer down. I gave you a one for humor bc i think everyone gets a little giggle out of pushing a domino down and makes their hard work pay off.

For improvement suggestions, I'd say during freeplay, allow placing other objects, not just ones to avoid but some to interact with. Id say during arcade get rid of the time feature and maybe make it so that the dominoes all have to hit key points, and must hit them all. This domino engine is really really good, you should think a little more outside the box and reinvent the game. I hope you take this review constructively.

good points... I'll keep them in mind for next time : - )

Great work

Alright, I'll admit I've been waiting for more work from you, I think I got Exmortis on the top of my fav's. This is a really good addition to the original. However, though this was a pretty enjoyable experience, I didn't find it as scary or as good as the original. Don't get me wrong, this was good, just not up to par with the original.

None-the-less, awesome. I hope to see an Exmortis3.

...Breaking the Flash boundries, many have tried.

Many have failed. But, when I started this i was astounded. Then I've remembered that I've tried this game before, yet with different gameplay mechanics. I played through a couple of levels. It's unfortunate that people with slower computers wouldnt be able to handle the games graphics engine, the faster computers will still experience little, but laggy processing, im sure, but I don't think they will be missing too much either. It's great though, don't get me wrong. And I thought it was pretty smart to add the effect of burning trees and grass. I also thought the Bone lands was a miraclulous idea, and it looked great too.

After playing the game, I realized that this game is great, because it breaks the boundaries of Flash. However the gameplay wasn't as mesmerizing as it could have been, and a story also adds motivation to the gameplay. I give you a 4, great job.

Fun for a little while.

This is a good Defence-type game with updated graphic quality, however less expansive than other Defence games I've played. The enemies looked a bit out of place graphic-wise considering the guns, Backgrounds and bullet blur effects, which were done very well BTW. The Background music was a bit dull though, however it some someone appropriate for the situation at hand. Still could have used a bit more though.

All in all, a nice small addition to the ever growing and popular genre, and as for your comment about Illwillpress, I agree. He is talented, and seems very smart and sometimes it's funny, but the animation is limited and frankly the idea behind it all is getting old. You cannot change this though, because of his growing cult following.

Great Idea...needs some adjustments

I enjoy this game a lot but i never really play past level 4. The reason being I keep falling through the ground at various points where I shouldn't. To see if I did something wrong, around level 3 after I died, I kept everything exact, and I sent him on his way again, and this time he didn't fall through. Other than the funky falling glitches, the game is a masterpeice in a genre that really can't be defined. And that's a difficult feat. Great job.

Fantastic. Period.

I started playing this game and fell in love with the gameplay almost immediately. The original maps don't quite live up to the possibilities of the actual Level Editor, which is good that you made it, because I feel that editor is crucial to this games success. On top of that, the maps look beautiful (as far overhead perspective goes) and don't seem to have much more of an impact as far as the Frame Rate goes. AI was basic as far as proffessional goes, but still had moments where they outsmarted you. Sounds weren't too varied, but fit the game flawlessly. I would suggest a couple things however, only because it seems if you really move forward with this game, you got a gem (more then now). If you've ever played that Balloon Duel game, have it be able to select your own soundtrack. Either that or just add a track listing. The music doesn't get as boring as it does repetative, but still. Also maybe a Campaign Mode and in future installments (hopefully), maybe other obsticles. Overall, practically Perfect.

An incomplete game

I noticed you said you fixed the falling through the floor bug, when really I tried playing the training level twice and feel through the floor always after I hit the door switch. I had no intention on trying again. I like the idea of this and you obviously put quite a bit of work into this. The movement of the character was a bit stiff and uneasy to get used to. I thought the interactions were well done, like double jumping then jumping off of a wall, and on top of that you can still change into the ball! Awesome. Unfortunately I have no motivation to play the actual game if I'm gonna get half way through and fall through the floor. Only real suggestions I have for you are fix the damn bugs hardcore, and update the animation. Good job though.

It looks good, great features and lots of effort

What you did here is great. You probably won't find this kind of game anywhere else. Unfortunately that's my problem with it. Your took Devil May Cry and basically changed what they all look like and gave them different names and stuff. The game itself gets pretty dull after a while, although I do like what you have managed to do, none-the-less. But I find myself horribly dissapointed sometimes at how unoriginal this game is. You do mention it's inspired by Devil May Cry but this is just rediculous. The score you have is well deserved but if your aiming for winning the contest at Armor Games, I highly doubt you'll win for lack of originality. Great game really, I'm just very disapointed in the final result.

A great looking game.

Unfortunately A great looking game doesn't mean a great game, but it's fun for a couple levels, at least for me. The Options and everything you did was completely amazing. There is a lot of Dynamic content here, stuff I couldn' imagine to be done with flash is all right here. Unfortunately Loading times in between levels deplete patience and the anticipation drops quick. Lastly, it's pretty boring after level 2, and I don't know if things get more interesting, but the 4 levels I've played convinced me it wasn't worth my time.

Looks great, sounds great, but unfortunately long loading times combined with levels that are just kinda dull. Maybe unlock more interesting levels from the upfront might help.
